I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The attention to detail and the variety of activities and cultural events proposed by the owners were truly impressive. The tasteful hotel design, along with the enjoyable and clean spa area, made my experience even more delightful. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was always kept spotlessly clean. The on-site facilities, such as the climbing wall, swimming pool, and mini zoo, provided endless entertainment for the kids. Every dinner at this hotel was a treat and looked forward to by me and my family. This hotel truly made our vacation carefree and memorable.

The location was perfect for skiing, as it was right on the slope, allowing us to easily hit the slopes and come back to the hotel. The food for dinner was absolutely exceptional, with Michelin star style dishes that pleasantly surprised us. The staff went above and beyond, always being more than helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive, even with it being full of children. We especially enjoyed the small little farm in the reception area, with rabbits and chickens. The hotel owners paid great attention to detail and provided us with a range of activities and tips for trips and cultural events. The tasteful design of the hotel added to the overall luxurious experience. The spa area was enjoyable and kept clean, and the kids loved the climbing wall, swimming pool, and mini zoo. The light-blocking curtains in the rooms could be improved. the balcony lights during the night illuminate the room, making it difficult to sleep in complete darkness.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, being close to the skiing area and having breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious, especially the Christmas dinner that was truly memorable. the spa area was exceptional and allowed us to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level. While the hotel is family-friendly, it was sometimes difficult to sleep due to children running around the corridors and playing in the common areas late at night.

Wonderful family vacation Spending the weekend in the mountains was fantastic. We enjoyed all the family activities that were included in the hotel. the spa and the playing areas were perfect for both adults and the kids. the hotel's design was tasteful and focused on the smallest details. the wonderful mini zoo, accompanied by adorable chickens and rabbits at the reception, added an extra touch to our stay. the location of the hotel couldn't be better as it was situated on the slopes and was very easy to ski from and to come back.

Light-blocking curtains Our room had a balcony, and although we were surrounded by nature, at night it was illuminated, and the curtains were not very effective in blocking the light. We expected to sleep in complete darkness.
